STaRS is a specialist, high-intensity recovery service supporting adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. We're looking for a compassionate, resilient, and dynamic Specialist Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team and help people achieve meaningful recovery.This is a rewarding opportunity to utilise and develop your leadership and clinical skills. You will provide specialist assessment, intervention and care co-ordination.
We're looking for someone who, Inspires, motivates, and develops others. Confidently managers complex risk, demand, and capacity Champions recovery-focused trauma-informed care. Has experience supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health needs. Builds strong partnerships across services and agencies.

Main duties of the job
- To manage a caseload of community adult clients with multiple and complex needs, using evidence based/client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
- To support the team/clinical lead in providing clinical and supervisory leadership to junior colleagues, support workers and students within own area of responsibility, within the multidisciplinary team.
- To be jointly responsible with other colleagues with the implementation of policy, protocol, service/practice development and change within own are of responsibility.
- To continue to demonstrate specialist clinical skills in practice and provide support/advice re service development and the delivery of care, in partnership with service users, careers, staff, managers and other agencies.
