About these terms
These terms cover using Mental Health Jobs, whether you are looking for work or posting it. By using the board you accept them. You can reach the people who run it through the contact details on this board.
Looking for work
- Jobs on this board are posted by employers. We do not employ anyone through it, and we are not part of any job you are offered.
- Check each advert yourself before you rely on it or apply.
- When you apply, what you send goes to that employer, who decides what to do with it.
- Tell the truth in what you send.
Posting jobs
- You are responsible for your adverts: that they are accurate, lawful and do not discriminate, and that the job exists.
- You become responsible for the applications you receive, and must handle the people in them as the law requires.
- Prices are shown before you pay. A paid listing goes live as its plan says.
- We may turn down, change or remove an advert that breaks these terms.
What nobody may do
- Post false, misleading or unlawful adverts, or adverts for work that is not paid where the law says it must be.
- Copy the board's content in bulk, or use it to contact people who have not asked to hear from you.
- Try to get into accounts or parts of the board that are not yours.
Our responsibility
We try to keep the board accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be either. We are not responsible for what employers or candidates do, or for decisions about jobs. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have by law.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of United Kingdom.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
