Join us as a Community Mental Health Professional and become an important part of delivering high-quality mental health care across the Isle of Man. Working as an autonomous practitioner within our Community Mental Health Team, you'll manage a defined caseload, undertake specialist assessments, coordinate care, and deliver evidence-based interventions that help individuals achieve greater independence, stability and wellbeing. You'll also use your expertise to respond to complex situations, assess and manage risk, and ensure people receive the right care at the right time.

Main duties of the job

As part of a large, friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary team, you'll work alongside nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, psychiatrists and partner organisations to provide holistic, person-centred care. In return, you'll benefit from ongoing learning, clinical supervision and opportunities to broaden your expertise, while contributing to service improvement and sharing your knowledge with colleagues across the wider mental health service.
