Full Time role of 37.5 hours per week
Priory Hospital Barnt Green has an opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse- Nights to join our team on the PICU ward. This role is not open to Newly qualified nurses.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate care. This includes monitoring and reviewing care plans, responding effectively to changes in patients needs, managing and prioritising nursing duties, delegating appropriately and acting as nurse in charge when required. The role also involves maintaining professional standards, supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship, participating in clinical supervision and reflective practice, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Medicines Management, Priory Group policies and the NMC Code.
