About the role

Job summary

Were looking for Examiners to join our Assessment Delivery team on a flexible worker contract for the following qualification:

T Level Technical Qualification in Health (Occupational Specialism - Supporting the Mental Health Team)

As an Examiner, youll use your subject knowledge to mark external assessments and submit results throughout the summer 2027 marking window, helping to ensure learners receive fair, consistent and accurate results.

If youre a Mental Health or Mental Health Nursing teacher, lecturer, trainer or assessor this is a great opportunity to put your expertise to use and make a valuable contribution to the assessment of learners.

Marking window dates are subject to change and will be communicated throughout the process should you be successful.

Main duties of the job

How you'll make an impact:

  • Following and maintaining the standard set by the Chief Examiner, applying the mark scheme consistently and accurately
  • Reporting suspected malpractice or safeguarding concerns to the Assessment Delivery team
  • Attending examiner standardisation and other meetings as required standardisation events will be run remotely and scheduled for weekdays between the hours of 9.00am-5.00pm prior to the start of the marking window
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of NCFE assessment materials, learner evidence and learner details, and report any breaches to the Assessment Delivery team
